A self-aware beginning.

Liz Wasch discovered yoga over 15 years ago in NYC and has been hooked ever since. Her classes blend strength, flow, and mindfulness—creating space for students of all levels to meet themselves exactly where they are.

A licensed social worker and 300-hour RYT, Liz believes yoga is as much about self-discovery as it is about movement. Her upbeat vinyasa flows are equal parts grounding and energizing—inviting students to sweat, smile, and connect body, mind, and spirit.

Trained at Dig Yoga in Lambertville, NJ, Liz continues to learn from master teachers like Ana Forrest, Dylan Werner, Patrick Regland, Pat Mulqueen, and Seane Corn.

When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find Liz gardening, cooking, or cheering on her kids at the ice rink. She lives in Pennington, NJ—alongside her husband, two kids, two cats, and dogs.
