A place for everyone.

Yoga is for everyone.

Over the years, Liz has practiced in countless studios and explored a wide range of traditions—from Ashtanga and Mysore to Bikram, Baptiste, Iyengar, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Nidra. Through her studies, she has discovered that yoga extends far beyond asana, encompassing breathwork, meditation, and mindful living.

From these experiences, Liz has shaped her practice around three core pillars:

Strength. Humility. Gratitude.

Strength—both inner and outer—is built through focused attention and alignment. Liz believes that the physical challenges of yoga mirror life’s tests, helping us cultivate resilience, confidence, and an unwavering belief that we can do hard things.

Humility walks hand in hand with strength. Just because we can doesn’t always mean we should. Liz teaches with the reminder that we are all lifelong students—learning from our bodies, our teachers, and each other. True humility comes from self-awareness and the willingness to grow through both grace and imperfection.

Gratitude is the thread that ties everything together. For Liz, gratitude isn’t reserved for life’s big moments—it’s found in the everyday, in the breath, and in the community that yoga creates. It’s what gives practice purpose and heart.

Yoga offers us so much: a strong body, a focused mind, and an open heart. Liz’s intention is to help every student step onto the mat with courage, curiosity, and gratitude for the simple gift of being here.
